Land requirements
We are always on the lookout for new development opportunities. Whether it is a plot of land with planning permission or you just think your land has development potential, we would love to hear from you. We are able to offer advice and guidance to farmers, landowners, business owners and families to maximize your land’s potential.
Due to our experience and range of retained consultants and advisors we can usually provide a full site appraisal and offer very quickly.
Should you know of a site suitable for development that we are not aware of we will also pay introduction fees usually calculated at 2% of the sites value for properties which are not being marketed.
